1. The Service

AppleIcons Generator lets you upload an image and generate icon sets sized for Apple platforms (such as iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS, and visionOS). Features available to you depend on your plan (free or paid) as described on the pricing pages.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

3. Plans, payments, and refunds

• Paid plans and generation packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, unless we clearly state otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are as shown at checkout.
• Purchases are final. Payments are not prorated. Deleting your account or stopping use of the Service does not entitle you to a refund or credit, except where required by law.
• Free-tier limits (including generations and platforms) and advertising may apply as described in the product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security, or payment systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or Apple’s guidelines for your own apps (you remain responsible for App Store compliance).

5. Your content and generated icons

• You retain rights to images you upload, subject to the license below.
• You grant JrodCode a limited license to process, store, and display your uploads as needed to provide the Service (generation, history, support).
• Subject to these Terms, you may use the icon files you generate for your own projects, including commercial apps, provided you have the rights to the source image.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to any image you upload and that your use of generated assets complies with third-party rights and platform rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software (excluding your uploads and generated outputs from your uploads) are owned by JrodCode and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you. “Apple”, “iOS”, and related marks belong to Apple Inc.; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

7. Advertising

Guests and free-tier users may see third-party ads. Paid plans that advertise “No ads” will not show those display ads while your paid entitlement remains active under our plan rules.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that generated icons will meet Apple’s requirements for every use case or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JRODCODE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify JrodCode against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payments, IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JrodCode principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
